Introduction Files include any documents you've uploaded to Gro CRM, as well as reports and backup files (if you've subscribed to the backup service).
Note: not all users have access to files.
New Files The New files section lists any files that were added today. Click on the Today folder to view the list of files. If the folder is greyed out, no files were added today.
File Types File Types represent different types of documents so that you can quickly find the file you are looking for. If a folder is greyed out, there are no files that fall within that type.
File Types Include:
Documents: any documents you've uploaded to the system.
Products: inventory reports.
Backups: includes all backups you've ran (backup of invoices, tasks, etc). Must have subscription to the backup service.
Financials: standard financial exports of your sales and purchase orders, available to import into your financial accounting program.
Reports: multiple reports from different sections of the app.
File Labels Labels group your files by all shared files that you and other Gro CRM users have shared. If the folder is greyed out, no files have been shared.
Favorites The Favorite section lists any files you've marked as a favorite. Click the Like folder to view all favorites.
To mark a file as a favorite:
Navigate to the desired file.
Click on the gray heart icon to the right of the file name. Once the file is marked as a favorite, it will turn red. Click it again to un-mark as a favorite.
Click the Save button in the upper right corner of the screen to save your changes.
Delete/RestoreAddon Note: this will only appear if the Undelete add-on feature is active. The Delete sections shows a list of all files that have been previously deleted. Click on the Restore folder to view the list.
To restore a previously deleted file:
Click on the Restore folder.
Click on the Edit button in the upper right corner.
Click on the red icon to the left of any file, then click the Delete button that appears to the right.
