Do all users have to be on the same Gro CRM Plan?
Yes, we do require all users to be on the same pricing tier. It’s not possible to have some users on Basic and others on Pro (for example).

A seat is a slot, or license, to which a Gro CRM user can be assigned. You may purchase as many seats as you need and assign each seat a user as your company grows. Seats also work great for temporary users. Just create a pool of seats and you are able to add /remove users within that pool of seats.
Do I need server hardware?
Good news, you don’t! That’s our job. All you need is an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and AppleTV) and an internet connection.
Gro CRM is English only for now. You may input any languages into the system such as Japanese, Chinese and French, however all menus and headings will remain in English. Localization of other languages are planned for future releases.
Do you support global currencies?
Yes, we handle over 135+ + country currencies in the system. Our currency support is based off of Stripe.
